BroadBit’s first granted patent passes notice period unchallenged
Today, the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) notified BroadBit that, on the expiry of the nine-month time limit from the publication of the mention of the grant of the patent, no notice of opposition had reached the files its patent 126390 ELECTROCHEMICAL SECONDARY CELLS FOR HIGH-ENERGY OR HIGH-POWER BATTERY USE. Consequently, the patent is fully granted and enforceable.
